Paso a paso para descargar y usar

  2. Toma la Foto: Abre la app y toca el icono de la cámara. Fotografía la planta que deseas identificar.
  3. Elige el Detalle: La app preguntará qué parte de la planta fotografiaste (Hoja, Flor, Fruto o Corteza). Selecciona la correcta.
  4. Compara: PlantNet mostrará las especies más parecidas. Compara tu foto con las sugerencias.
  5. Confirma: ¿Encontraste la correcta? Toca en ella para ver el nombre y guardar tu observación.

¿La aplicación es gratuita? Sí, PlantNet es totalmente gratuita y sin anuncios intrusivos, ya que es desarrollada por instituciones de investigación.

¿Funciona sin conexión (offline)? La identificación requiere internet para consultar la base de datos. Sin embargo, puedes tomar las fotos sin conexión e identificarlas más tarde cuando tengas wifi o datos.

¿Puedo identificar plantas de jardín/domésticas? Sí, pero el enfoque principal de la app son plantas silvestres (de la naturaleza). Para plantas ornamentales muy comunes funciona, pero puede ser menos preciso en especies híbridas de floristería.
