Irresistible recipes and preparation
Basic recipe (two cups)
• 350 ml of hot (almost boiling) water • 4 sheets of ginger • 1 branch of cinnamon • 1/2 shell lemon • 6 sheets of mint • Honey to taste.
Preparation: Turn off the heat, add ginger and cinnamon, cover for 5 minutes. Add lemon peel and mint for another 2–3 minutes. Strain and sweeten.
Optional boost: 1/2 tsp of maca Powdered, mixed in the cup. Observe your tolerance.
“Wow” variants
Fresh citrus: base + 1 slice of orange and 3 drops of vanilla.
Subtle spiciness: base + 1 pinch of black pepper to activate ginger compounds.
