Antes de consultar, prepara un kit básico: tu DNI, un celular activo, the card del banco si la usas y cualquier aviso/turno recibido. Verifica que teléfono y correo registrados estén correctos para recibir alertas y recuperar acceso si fuera necesario.

In My ANSES (web/app), inicia sesión y entra a la sección de tu beneficio (AUH either Retirements). Verás la fecha estimada, the modality (acreditación, ventanilla o punto) y, cuando aplique, site and schedule. Activa las notificaciones para enterarte en cuanto impacte el depósito y guarda capturas del record si necesitas reclamar. Si cambiaste means of payment o tus personal data, puede aparecer “en validación”; espera 24–48 horas y vuelve a revisar.

Por las líneas oficiales podrás confirmar fechas, consultar por blocks y recibir orientación sobre documentación. Anota siempre el número de protocolo, he nombre del agente (si se brinda) y un summary de lo conversado. En fallas técnicas (como “cargo sin efectivo”), registra hora, lugar, número de terminal y monto, y conserva el ticket: esos datos aceleran el reintegro.

Si cobras por acreditación en cuenta, habilita motion alerts en la app de tu banco; te evitará viajes si aún no impactó el depósito. Si retiras en cajero, revisa los límites y procura horarios de menor afluencia (temprano o al final de la tarde). Recuerda que puedes fraccionar los retiros.

En ciudades grandes pueden existir franjas por horario. Si el aviso dice “todo el día”, elige tramos menos concurridos. Ante clima extremo, valora posponer la visita dentro de tu ventana por DNI. En jornadas especiales, la notificación indica dirección, date and franja; llega con tiempo y lleva agua, especialmente si acompañas a una persona mayor o con movilidad reducida.
