Protege tus datos y evita demoras

Protege tus datos: no compartas CUIL, Clave de la Seguridad Social, códigos de verificación, datos bancarios (CBU/alias) ni información personal por WhatsApp, Facebook o páginas no oficiales. Desconfiá de promesas de “adelantar pagos”, “bonos” o “gestiones rápidas”.

Usá únicamente los official channels: 130, mi ANSES (web y app) y Atención Virtual. Recordá que los trámites son gratuitos y no necesitás intermediarios.

Errores frecuentes que complican el cobro: datos personales o bancarios desactualizados; no revisar la fecha antes de ir; confundir el calendario del mes; extraviar comprobantes; y no completar la AUH passbook cuando corresponde.

The AUH passbook se presenta todos los años y es obligatoria para cobrar el 20% acumulado (complemento). Si te falta completar alguna sección, generala desde mi ANSES, hacela firmar (salud/educación) y subila siguiendo las indicaciones.

Planificá el retiro: no es obligatorio cobrar el mismo día; el saldo permanece disponible. Elegí horarios de menor afluencia para tu comodidad.
