How to verify your new Age Pension amount: myGov, app and phone

After each indexation date, your updated fortnightly payment is reflected in your Centrelink records. There are four free and official ways to check your new pension amount without visiting a Services Australia service centre or sharing your details with anyone.

If the new amount is different from what you expected, log into your account myGov to review the detailed breakdown before contacting Centrelink. Small differences may be explained by changes in your Rent Assistance, tax deductions or other variable components.
