How to verify your new Age Pension amount: myGov, app and phone
After each indexation date, your updated fortnightly payment is reflected in your Centrelink records. There are four free and official ways to check your new pension amount without visiting a Services Australia service centre or sharing your details with anyone.

💻 1. myGov — my.gov.au
Faça login na sua conta. Conta myGov no meu.gov.au and select the Centrelink tile. Navigate to “Pagamentos e reclamações” então “Histórico de pagamentos” to view your updated fortnightly rate including the base pension, Pension Supplement, Energy Supplement and any other add-ons. You can also see the breakdown of deductions and the net amount deposited into your conta bancária.
Under “Payment details”, you can compare your current payment amount with previous fortnights to see exactly how much the rate increase has added to your pension. This is the quickest way to confirm the new amount from home.

📱 2. Aplicativo Express Plus Centrelink
Open the free Express Plus Centrelink app on your iPhone or Android device. After signing in with your myGov credentials, tap “Pagamentos” Para visualizar:
- Your updated fortnightly payment amount after the latest rate increase
- A detailed breakdown of base pension, supplements and deductions
- Seu recente histórico de pagamentos showing previous and current amounts side by side
- Your next scheduled depósito direto data

Dica: after each March and September indexation, open the app to confirm your new rate before your next data de pagamento. This helps you adjust your spending plan and avoids surprises when checking your conta bancária balance.

Chamar 132 300 from anywhere in Australia during business hours, Monday to Friday. A Centrelink representative can confirm your updated Age Pension rate, explain how the increase has been applied to your specific payment and clarify any deductions or supplements. Have your Customer Reference Number (CRN) or Medicare card ready before calling.
This is the best option for retirees who do not have access to a smartphone or computer. TTY and interpreter services are also available — ask the operator when you call.
🏦 4. Compare your bank statement
After your first fortnightly payment following the rate increase, compare the amount credited to your conta bancária with your previous payment. Check through your bank’s mobile app, internet banking or at an ATM. The Centrelink deposit will appear on your extrato bancário as “CENTRELINK” followed by the payment type.
If the new amount is different from what you expected, log into your Conta myGov to review the detailed breakdown before contacting Centrelink. Small differences may be explained by changes in your Rent Assistance, tax deductions or other variable components.
Dica prática: keep a simple record of your fortnightly payment amount after each rate change. A small notebook or a note on your phone makes it easy to spot any unexpected variation and provides documentation if you ever need to query a payment with Centrelink.
